Have you ever bought a brand new car?

I've done it once, and I don't think I be doing it again...hahaha.

@saragoodtimes True, but with the price of today's vehicles, I don't know how anyone can afford the payments. I do know that the local Ford Dealership is offering 10 year financing now.
@dakotaviper our son recently got his license and a car cost a fortune

@saragoodtimes The vehicle costs today are mainly due to the pandemic. New Vehicle Manufacturer's have been encountering a shortage of parts and last year for awhile, no one bought anything. Plus Used Vehicle prices have gone through the roof. Just yesterday I saw a car with over 200,000 miles on it with a asking price of $14,000US on a dealership lot.
@dakotaviper saw an article in my news feed that retail prices for used cars are up 20% here in the states. the pandemic is responsible for many things, such a lack of drivers to truck goods around this country. gas prices play a big roll too.

@saragoodtimes Extended Unemployment checks is hurting us in a Bad Way today. This is only the 4th full weekend that I have had off since January 1st. The first was Easter weekend.
@dakotaviper many states are suspending extended benefits. think I saw something about them not being available to people making new claims

@saragoodtimes NC isn't yet.
@dakotaviper democratic governors are slow to get on board

@saragoodtimes True, but the Statehouse is controlled on both sides by the GOP. Let's don't get political here. I've been warned too many times by SW for my comments with that subject.
@dakotaviper forget I said anything
