Why you should choose a career you like (if you can):

It's more than just "people who love their work never work." It's about needing to force yourself to do something day after day, year after year. 20 years now and I have to force myself to work every day.

I've been relatively successful, but it's been nothing but raw effort. It's so exhausting to the human soul.
