For the last few days i was getting fierce moods and i couldnt understand why

The answer was from the smoking cigarettes for the last 6 months .
I'm quitting them from now and I'm not going back on them . I was off them for about 6 years before and went back on them from a relationship break up , not blaming her , it was my own fault .
Then I went back on them after a year and half after being off them from a friendship fall out , not blaming her 😂😂😂.
And then I was off them 2 years up until last October cause I smoked a cigar cause I had it in my head over watching the Soprano's. Right through they were smoking cigars and it was in my head to smoke one and that's what led me going back on them .
I just got the realization then tonight why I was in bad form ,very angry I was and it was from the addiction of the cigarettes.
So now I had to go off them . The horrible things that's what they are

The trick about quitting addictions is to avoid everything that’s associated with them. Violence triggers the urge in the nicotine addict’s mind. Good luck ditching that😂 it’s 2021

@SW-User the cigarettes would change your mind set completely. Your thoughts become violent and I'm not a violent man but the addiction of cigarettes make your mind change

@riseofthemachine it’s not cigarettes. It’s nicotine

@riseofthemachine yes. It’s a drug you’re addicted to. Not smoking
