how often would lustful thoughts come into your head for male and female

I'm a Christian but a lot of lustful thoughts come into my head at times say about once in every week . I'd never take advantage of a woman if lustful thoughts come in but they do come in and I'm very confused over the whole situation. Do lustful thoughts come in for everyone or is it just me that's happening too . I dont think I've a problem with . I'm on my own but they do come in .

men and women are equally lustful, it just seems women are a bit more reserved about it. However I have been to a " party " held a male strip club. By far, men and less raunchy than their female counterparts. I was embarrassed and left. They were out of control.
