how often would lustful thoughts come into your head for male and female

I'm a Christian but a lot of lustful thoughts come into my head at times say about once in every week . I'd never take advantage of a woman if lustful thoughts come in but they do come in and I'm very confused over the whole situation. Do lustful thoughts come in for everyone or is it just me that's happening too . I dont think I've a problem with . I'm on my own but they do come in .
What's your take on all of this

It's perfectly natural to have lustful thoughts when certain people are in your circle. Although your religion has no bearing on your body, religious teaching teaches that lust is evil. It is perfectly normal; it is only harmful if you act violently on those thoughts and inflict bodily harm on another individual.

@Cofuzion thank you I needed that cause I thought I was going against God .
I was never a violent person .
A lot of woman before used come up to me for help with problems that they had and even if I'm around woman I dont get lustful thoughts . It happens when I'm on my own .
The thing about that , that freaks me out is the sane 'an idol mind is the devils playground ' That sane total freaks me our cause when I'm on my own all of that thinking comes into my mind especially at night time

@riseofthemachine I was brought up in a religious household. I remember being taught in Sunday school that masturbation is evil and having lustful thoughts is bad. I soon learned that masturbating is necessary for staying sane and lustful thoughts won't burn you.

@Cofuzion do you think about the religious beliefs that a lot of them aren't true somewhere down along the line . I do believe in Christ but that's as far as it goes . I dont go to church. I dont believe in it being honest .
Even I was passing by I might call in for about 10 mins on my own . That be about it

@Cofuzion I swear but by hearing all of that stuff creates some fear and tension especially in the mind .
What I like about life is being free not by listening to people putting fear into you .
I know there's definitely a dark side to this world and being honest I'm not next to near it . I've a lot of freedom in my mind and that's cause I've good morals and they never left me but the tension in my mind is something else at times
