I hd mentl break down last night

I dont think i can go on nymore.. Im always sleeping.. I cnt think or do nything Nything.. My body is wrecked like a dead skeleton.. The world hd abandoned me.. Nothing left to hold on to..

Ive been trying to get back to sleep since 3am

But when my mind wanders, it goes to the places we used to go together. I can't enjoy those memories anymore. It sucks when someone ruins your favorite places for you. Sorry, 5 am cortisol levels really aren't helping. 😐🥱
