Wait till there are no customers in the shop.
Keep it brief, direct and honest.

Try, "I find you attractive. If you're free and you'd like to, I'd love a chance to get to know you better.
How would you feel about coffee this Saturday morning?"
(Or at a time that suits her.)

If she says no, thank her for her honesty.

If she says yes, agree the time and place, give her your cell number. Ask her if she's willing to give hers. Don't push it if she says no.

@hartfire if she says no fair enough no is no . Otherwise you end up harassing her if you keep pushing your will onto her .
I prefer when people are straight out and honest. That's my deal .
Thanks 😊
@riseofthemachine You sound like a good man. I hope she likes you, is free and says yes.

@hartfire a lot of people tell me I'm good but at times I cant see it myself .
Its sound like your a good man too . I like your honesty 🤗
@riseofthemachine Maybe not seeing it yourself is from being honest with yourself about your flaws. We all have them. We haven't a hope of dealing with them unless we acknowledge them.
Maybe you hold yourself to high or impossible standards; that's a tough one.
Either way, honesty and acceptance of reality is the root of sanity and ultimately happiness too.

If she's not already involved with someone else, I think she'd be an idiot not to explore the possibility of getting to know you.

Good luck! :)
