@poisonouscupcake Fatphobia is a legitimate issue in our society. It's really sad how heavier people are treated. I'm on the heavier side and I can tell you that society is so quick to judge.

@DMDawson one of the worst effect of it is the lack of care in medicine, like every fucking time i’ve gone to the doctor for an issue completely unrelated to my issue they comment on my weight and i’m not big and i have an eating disorder ????

@poisonouscupcake I know. They always bring up the fact I'm heavier and they mention the heart attack I had in 2003. A heart attack I bounced back from quite quickly, too.

@DMDawson they can bite me for all i’m concerned, i’ve been starving myself for years just to be a fucking stick because of their beauty standards but it’s just bullshit as long as someone eats enough to sustain themselves and gets regular exercise and water then leave them alone

@poisonouscupcake You have no idea how many times I've heard some variation of "I know you'll find someone", especially from women. After a while it just sounds like they're saying they aren't interested, especially since they leave right afterwards XD

@SW-User i get it it does seem a little patronizing but i truly believe there is someone for everyone, some people have an easier time finding someone but it doesn’t mean that it’s a good relationship you know? and i know from personal experience that the best love comes unexpectedly
