I went to my 10-year high school reunion last year and I saw many of them--they seemed to be doing well and it was great to see everyone. Admittedly I went to a high school in a ritzy area and many of them come from privileged backgrounds (a number of them now work for tech companies or financial firms, myself included I admit though my parents were not wealthy). I know a few who've had problems, but even a few I knew who were into drugs and didn't go to college are at least living on their own and have jobs now. Overall my class did fairly well for themselves.
