Idk why my husband feels the need to move the thermostat to 74° at night

I’m freaking hot, uncomfortable, my nose is now stuffy because it’s too warm and humid in the house (it’s like 69% humidity outside now)

I do not sleep comfortably in the heat!!!! Damnit! After 14 yrs you’d think he know this. If he’s cold he can sleep in joggers 😤

(Yes I moved the thermostat down now, at least to 71°)

That's too high!! Night temperature should just be a natural thing, that's what pyjamas and duvets are for!!!
Tower fans are a man & woman's best friend, we have one in every room.

And we keep the thermostat between 78 at night and 83 in the heat of the day (115-83= a 32 degree differential). Thermostat at 78 and a fan on low last night....woke up feeling cold this morning. And yes, our outside humidity was high overnight as well, as we had intermittent rain throughout the night.

78° yes I know it’s 32° lower inside BUT
My ideal sleeping temperature is 68-70°

Besides, he should know there are better ways to get warm. 😤
