Are you using any anti anxiety medications?
If yes, has it been beneficial? How long have you been taking and what have been the side effects?

I've been taking some Valium. Not all the time, only when needed.
I might take one every couple weeks, or go for a few months. It just depends. All of the Benzodiazepines have a second life several hours after they're taken. But it's not bad. It works very well for me.
