What is the easiest way to drink beetroot juice?

@SimplyLogicalDiscipline It’s very strong by itself, has a high acid content. I’ve drank it for 3 weeks at a time to dissolve gall stones. The recipe I got was to juice one medium beet, an apple, a large carrot & a chunk of ginger root & drink it. I say with a straw because of the acid content. And rinse your mouth quickly afterwards

@SimplyLogicalDiscipline some people think it tastes or smells like dirt...it has a natural chemical that causes the dirt smell as after a rainstorm.
