I have a older man neighbor but he is married. He tattle tells on everyone in my townhouse complex. He called the HOA on me because my blinds got messed up when I babysat a dog. He waters my flower pots without me asking which is nice because I travel a lot but he shoots high powered water on them and knocks all of the flowers off.
