Yup. It's always there
In my heart
And I can no longer escape from it.
No matter how much I tried,
It's always there.
And will always be there.

Pain is just another part of life
I do, and always will.
Without the capacity and willingness to honestly feel and accept one's own pain, one cannot have empathy for the sufferings of others, and one cannot learn from experience.

The pain will always be with me. It keeps me safer than I would be without it.
