How do you respone to someone who thinks you are nieve?

i tell them I'm a little warmer than nieve

I ask them what nieve means

What's nieve?

If they think I am naive, they probably are telling themselves that because they are insecure or need to go around with a big ego. I would say if I am naive, you are a narcissist.
