I'd like to talk of entities.

They really do watch us from a plane of existence just beyond the noticeable, and are bemused when they notice us noticing them. Lots of emphasis that the show must go on, that even the experts need a cup of something, to breath, to experience, and to feed it to you each day and night.

I personally would not call them devils or gods. They are powerful beings, demanding a paid reverence to their source of power.

Even now, as I continue to write about them, they shy from me, tell me that I wasn't supposed to look, not supposed to talk about them without the proper lenses paid for by a legitimate institutional ticket in.
