I once worked this place that did "blind" monitoring, but they'd give us the heads up when our clients were watching.

So I'd open my note pad, and be all like... hey.. What's up?? xD

I find myself in a similar position, except my computer just winks at me sometimes, so weird, and awkward. 🙄
