If it were unfounded then yes, I'd consider it to be racist.

However, if you had experienced hurt or betrayal at the hands of black men then I'd say it would be totally founded and merely caution.

Depends on the reason. Like if you'd experienced trauma related to that and didn't have any other positive reference. Otherwise technically yes.
