How? Simple. They aren't charged with intentionally endangering the public and being sentenced to 5 years in prison with no opportunity for parole.

No, they post videos on YouTube and laugh with no chance of repercussions for their actions.

If I see you intentionally cough on food in the grocery store. You will leave on a stretcher, possibly not breathing.
