@Underconstruction And the solution for nearly any misdeeds in the US is lock people up. Not exactly the best idea right now. Prisons are probably the perfect place for an outbreak and a pandemic among the world's largest prison population is probably not going to help.

@Underconstruction Well the vast majority of people locked up are non violent offenders. Like those who got locked up for smoking a joint.

NY which is being overrun has not done that. Covid in Riker's Island will be a mess.
