How do I stop reacting on emotions

like I’m not with this girl but I get jealous that she’s talking to someone else Yh I know it’s stupid . And if I reacted it would blow my chances in the future . I have remained cool yet . I just don’t want to react on emotions again because she got suspicious when I asked her why she takes ages to reply . So she said “ it shouldn’t bother you if I’m not with you” so I just brushed it of with it’s a bad habit that Iv had with my mates
You will have a lot easier time when you realize that just because you feel an emotion, you are not required to act on it.

Emotions motivate you to action. Then you pass that suggestion through your brain and decide if it's a good thing to do.

@Killerilluminati MP is very wise with a heart of gold
@Bushmanoz Like I could control my emotions at 25.

@Mamapolo2016 Still, you take the time to give advice about things you learned in order to try and stop someone some hardship. Not many people even try to do that these days..in fact its often the opposite.

Just slow down and take a step back when you need to. No need to react to something immediately, just because you feel strongly about it.

@SinlessOnslaught thanks for the tip

Play it cool. Don't double text her. There are plenty of girls out there

@Nomad7 definitely but I think I made that mistake by asking her why she takes long to reply . I then blended it by saying it’s just a bad habit since I’m used to talking to my mates like that

@Killerilluminati That's actually not as bad as you think. When you call her a friend, she'll want you more. Just don't text her all the time and don't always be there
