What age did you first buy a car yourself, with your own finances?

I believe for me it was in May 2011? So that means I had recently turned 23. It was a 2009 Honda Civic.

21....on lease. 24 as a loan. Excluding my first car which I paid $100 for at age 16. Still can’t believe I found someone that would let it pass safety inspection.

@Sunujing Haha, I was blessed to have my first car handed down to me from my mother. All I had to do was learn to control the manual transmission and I was good to go.

@SW-User I bought the $100 car to learn manual transmission. Figuring if I destroyed it I was out $100. Sold it for $400 3 month later
