Just fill a tupper where up big enough to fit the meat in with water and put the meat in it and put the lid on it to hold the meat under the water the whole time should only take like an hour or so to thaw out thats what i do when im running late on cooking my kids supper after school.. The lid holds it underwater which makes it dethaw faster oh and leav the tupper where in the sink some of the water might leak out haba
