I'm skeptical because I have studied science but I do believe I've seen a couple of ghosts, I can't explain so I'm a curious skeptic.

How would I be sure that what I was seeing WAS a ghost though and not a hallucination or something that had a perfectly plausible scientifically measurable reason?
