It’s called gaslighting. Constantly telling someone they are worthless sometimes make people believe it’s true when they have no other source or will to prove it otherwise. That’s what narcissist do. They keep gaslighting till you believe in everything they say. They keep playing mind tricks. It just doesn’t affect self-esteem but everything else. Get out of it as soon as possible.

@SW-User @riseofthemachine I can empathise with this, I’ve been through this, if I were you get out ASAP, the longer you stay the longer the scars would take to heal after you get out of there.
