Why do believers feel threatened by non believers?

This is not a discussion on religion vs atheism or a hate post. I don't have hate for them but they're actually taught that non religious people are just bad. They just treat us same or even worse than they do for murderers and rapists. I am struggling so bad because I am surrounded by Christians and it's hard to make them understand just because I lack faith doesn't mean I am a bad person.

The believers know they will be challenged by non believers to offer up actual evidence.This is a major issue as there is no evidence anywhere on the planet.

@Carazaa No you have not.Tell me of an archeological dig that has found the remains of Jesus,or any disciple.Any bible quote is not evidence.Physically existing evidence is proof and nothing less.
