What are some OH SHIT moments you had growing up?

I was on vacation and me and some friends build a snow fort we got too cold and decided to go inside literally about 5 minutes later a snow plow came by going so fast the snow off the road flew into the yard and collapsed the fort.

Seeing my brother hitting an ice patch with his snowmobile and unable to stop it just before the nose of it hit the bottom of my foot while I was getting of the back of the one I was a passenger on that my cousin was driving.
