Is it weird when your friend ...

Tells you to call the cops of you don’t hear from them?! And then they never send your call to voicemail.... it just rings the normal amount of time all week.... should I report this?

If he/she is otherwise a good friend I would definitely follow their instruction. Better safe than sorry
