What was one of your favorite Saturday morning cartoons?

@latinbutterfly everybody in my class made fun of me. Because they watched the Smurfs and GI Joe and he man and I liked a show from the 60s lol

@CallmeHopelessNotRomantic Lol, Scooby Doo did run well into the 80's. I remember the Scooby and Scrappy-Doo Show, The 13 Ghosts of Scooby Doo, and A Pup Named Scooby Doo when I was a girl. Shows how much they knew 😂.

@latinbutterfly where I lived we couldn't get cable. Still they won't run cable because you have to be so close to neighbors or they say it's not cost effective. So until direct TV we couldn't get the like this.

@CallmeHopelessNotRomantic I grew up in a working class household and my parents didn't decide to get cable TV until I was 15 (1993).

@latinbutterfly looking back now, it was ok. But man it seemed like torture. We lived 30 minutes away from the closest City. But it was beautiful. We had lots of wildlife and things like that to see and do. But nothing was easy when you're that far away. Even school was 20 minutes away. That meant a 45 minute but ride at least. Some years like middle School, it was even longer.
