What's waiting at home?

I left the house keys with my best friend, and apparently there's a nice surprise waiting for us when we get home in a few days. I wonder what it is? I love a good mystery- even if it drives me crazy!

Terrible ohonce service back then but great views once west of the Mississippi river.
