do you feel uncomfortable when other ladies or even guys call you cute when I was at the store someone called me cute it made me feel weird

When we were young girls my grandma used to tell us when we got peppered with compliments on our looks and felt shy about it, "A pretty rose doesn't wilt when the sun shines on it ... so take those compliments on how pretty you look with a smile and enjoy the sunshine!" 🙆
