That´s why my few trees give me some advocados, miniature lemmons and other of the kind. But no money!!😁

@CharlieZ There was this rich foreign business man, and he wanted to purchase everything, the forest and the lake, to construct some huge hotel complex, for tourists. We could have made a fortune. We tried to explain to him that we can't sell, simply because we only borrowed everything from our grandchildren (yet to be born), who are the real owners, but he did not understand, and he left in bewilderment, to never show up again...
The whole thing was a source of great laughter for the S family, and we still talk about it, after consuming too much cheap red wine. 😄

I think it like you.
Though most of what I have is in cities. And, except this house and another one, each house I ever bought belongs now to my daughters.
Not counting, of course, what my Ex wife keeped when we divorced.

@CharlieZ Selling property is never a good idea. Yes this guy owned the money, but WE owned the land haha! When he dies he can put all his f*cking money in his coffin. When I die I will know the wild geese will still fly over the lake! 😁
