@sspec When people want me/need for me/demand I be responsible for their pain, they're having me rescue them - save them from the pain of their uncomfortable feelings. It requires my giving up my personal power to them and to become their slave as they become dependent upon my rescuing. I'm not willing to do that. It's a very common ploy in this world where negativity, fear and passing the buck are so highly promoted. It's the training ground for codependent relating and which keeps them - BOTH parties - from advancing in their own lives. It's an injustice to them and the universe.
