Any optimistic people here?

As a optimistic person, how do you stay positive?

Being a realistic makes me pessimistic these days...

Surprisingly I have a very optimistic nature despite all my various mental and emotional problems. It might be partially self taught from years of meditation but nowadays I’m able to bounce back from negativity rather quickly
