Horrible thing to live with but it has it's perks. Personally, I can't imagine a life without it.

My mother has one of those so i made sure i didn't continue with it when i left home.

In my case, at least, it is called hypervigilance.

Sometimes my autopilot works.

It is very active while overthinking. But it is dull when I need it.
