Does your insecurities cause you to become angry?

When I hear the expression "insecurity" without pointing to what I may be specifically insecure in the world outside my mind (that outside also called "reality") I avoid to answer about what in the same external reality makes me angry.

At myself only, for having them.

Yes, yes, yes! Mostly at myself, but sometimes to my husband......then I cool down, after he brings to light just what an arsehole I have been.....and....I agree! Lol!

Then we talk....and make up...
