Do you know if you trust know one why do fear set in to you

@curiosi Could you go more depth into that curiosi cause at times all I feel is tension in my mind . At times my skin and my shoulders get very hard cause when when the ego sense fear , the mind takes over with thoughts , racing thoughts . Do you know why is that ?

@MakeAspirit The ego is losing it's grip, it's in the throws of death and wants to hang on. We all experience it. The only thing you can do is focus on your breathing. Don't try to shove the feeling away just allow it to flow through. It's easier said than done. I'm not there yet either and the sage's say it can take a while.

@curiosi I reckon it's there until the end of your life . I feel it can never be accomplished . Cause when your trying to fix yourself your trying to make a goal and when you think your there , theres always something new pop up into the mind . I tried meditation and I couldn't get used to it cause I was getting frustrated on trying to fix my mind . It's very puzzling
