I'm 23 and I feel like I'm the exact same person I was in high school. How do you know when you're mentally an adult, or is feeling like an adult just a myth?

The internal feeling doesn´t mean too much. Facts do. By when you, along time, can take ownership of the results, good or bad, of your choices, you are a step near to be an adult.
