Light a candle or put some essential oils in a diffuser. Do some yoga or just diaphragmatic breathing. Escape into a book for a spell. Take a magnesium pill and go to bed. Depends on the situation really.

Avoid caffeine, sugar, take extra calcium, talk to someone who cares, go for a walk or drive, do housework, keep busy, etc.
Breath deeply, stay Hydrated, eat dark chocolate, and exercise when you can.
