When I woke up in the hospital and realized I lost everything in my life.

Going to the doctor or dentist!

Not my most painful...but painful none the less - dislocated shoulder.

well, waking up after abdominal surgery with no pain killers. that hurt.

emotionally? probably getting dumped by my first serious gf.

Parental rejection..

Physically, recovering from a very invasive surgery.
