If reincarnation was proven to be real, how would you approach life differently?

If it's proven real, it still means we have no recollection of past lives. Therefore, I would live my life the same because without knowing what happens beyond this current life remains essentially the same.

@FigNewton wouldn't you look at life differently in anyway?
Only if reincarnation means we retain memory of our past lives. But since I have no such memory now of a past life, I have to assume we would not. Therefore when this life ends, it ends....whether my energy re-manifests itself as another living person or a spirit in the next world...it ends nevertheless. As a result, I would live it as such...as a finite existence to live as fully day to day as I could.
