I'm not well

@Unlearn I've tried but I keep finding myself back to square one. I think I'm about to go insane

@Unlearn things are going downhill and I can't do anything to make it stop

@karysma such is life you see. There will be highs and lows, to expect it to be high always is unrealistic. What we can do is that we don't go up and down with life's situations or it will drive us crazy...and even cause physical illness.

@Unlearn How do I keep from going down with life's situations?

@karysma by creating a distance between oneself and ones life situations. It doesn't happen overnight I know...but it is the only lasting solution.

@Unlearn just earlier I thought I'd just succeeded in doing that and was feeling on top of the world. I'll try harder
