Its easier to talk about some things with some people than others sometimes
I think fear and feelings of other people's reactions being adverse to us is maybe what holds us back sometimes idk
If you're not used to someone being kind and considerate and accepting of whatever you have to say to them then you'll be hesitant to express whatever you think they might frown upon

I think when people have confidence that their words will be valued or if they are indifferent to nay sayings then they are immune to fear of expressing words that are meaningful to them like they are safe? :)

I think that the more positive of experiences a person has the more confidant they are :) that they will continue to have it :)
