When were your insides last crushed by the icy grip of anxiety?

Man, it's been a while since I've had anxiety attacks this strong.

About a month ago. I rallied enough to get my kid on the bus then called off work and freaked out in bed all day.

@Starcrossed Sometimes that's the best one can do when in the grips of them. Sorry you've experienced them too.
