When were your insides last crushed by the icy grip of anxiety?

Man, it's been a while since I've had anxiety attacks this strong.

Today I’ve had some mild moments. It’s been months and months since I’ve had it bad enough to consider it an anxiety attack.

@marsbar they’re pretty mild moments and I have the coping skills to handle them fairly easily.
