Isn’t anyone curious in self improvement any longer?

Since by definition of narcissism is to be obsessed with oneself I think it could go both ways, either to always look for ways to re-avluate oneself and improve, or be obsessed over the bad and either take pride in it or never improve. But then there's grey areas also cos no human can be just classified as one thing and all people have different values morals character they want to instill, but ehhh don't want to overthink it lol.
