F.E.A.R. has two meanings: Forget everything and run, or Face everything and rise.
When I was young, for years I used to avoid things I feared, at all cost. As time went on, I began to realize that the only way to overcome my fears, was to face them head on. This was not easy, but so rewarding, as I learned that this always works better than running away. Problems and scary situations are not there to hurt us, but to help us learn and grow, and teach us many things that shall serve us well, in the future.
