You are given a million dollars tax free to build your dream home. Where will u build it? how big and how many rooms?

I would build a medium sized houseboat so the fuckers in Albany can't tax it ( charge rent). And then just dock or beach next to a few acres with a garage on it. Still have to pay property's but not on the house at least.
