This is what happened

Almost four years ago my cousin unfriended all of his cousins from his mother's side of the family including me on facebook. His excuse was that he didn't want people from his work place to know where he is originally from and since my cousin mostly mostly comments in our language on his posts he had to unfriend all of us to be fair. I wake up today and guess what I see. A friend request from him. Should I accept or delete?
