Do you encourage those behaviors or call it out for what it is? Which is truly more compassionate to the person suffering from this disorder?

People with actual, diagnoses personality disorders are destructive and annoying.

Histrionic traits are friendship killers

@Flenflyys They can be draining and destructive to any relationship if the person doesn't seek help. And yes, a source of extreme annoyance.

It's interesting that those traits are so often rewarded in these settings.
